Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?Yes, it's best to come with clean hair, but we can also wash and blow dry your hair for an additional fee if needed. Please see our booking page for pricing.

What are the different types of braids you offer?We offer popular braid styles like cornrows, box braids, two-strand twists, etc. For more info, please contact us.

How long do braids typically last?Depending on the style and maintenance, braids can last between 2-8 weeks.

When should I get my braids taken down?When you start to notice significant new growth at the scalp, it's time to remove your braids.

Can I swim with braids?Yes, you can but you need to swim with a cap.

How should I care for my braids?Avoid excessive manipulation, gently wash your braids with a mild shampoo, and use a spray bottle to mist with water if needed.

Do I need to pay in full to book an appointment?Yes, you need to pay the full amount when you book an appointment online. Otherwise, you can always call us to book an appointment and you can opt for in person payment on the day of your appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins?Yes we do welcome walk-ins. But if you come on a peak hour/busy day (holiday seasons), there might be a long wait. If this is the case we would ask you to book your next visit so you are able to get the hair service you need.

What is your cancellation policy?You can cancel your appointment 1-2 days prior to your actual appointment date to get a refund. Otherwise, if you book online, your payment will not be refunded if you cancel within 24 hrs prior to your appointment.

What type of payment do you accept?We accept credit cards for online booking appointment. For in person, we accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

How do I get the products I ordered and paid for?You have these options: PIck up - if you live close by, you can pick it up in our store: 30 W 66th Richfield, MN 55423 For delivery - if you live more than 30 miles away from our store, we can ship it to you. Note: Free shipping if you order above $50.

What are your Return, Refund and Exchange Policies?Return, Refund, Exchange Policies: 1. All products that are unopened, unused and remain in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days after it was delivered (for shipped items) and 5 days for purchases in store. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the original cost of the product. 2. Refund will be guaranteed if the product meets the condition as cited in no.1 above and if the product that was shipped was damaged or a wrong product was sent. Please take a photo of the product and send it to us so our customer service team can determine if it can be refunded. Refund will follow the manner of payment the original product was purchased. Please send back a copy of the original receipt together with the product. We can only refund if an original receipt is sent with the product. 3. Exchange of an item/s purchased will only proceed if the item shipped was damaged or defective. Please send a snapshot of the damaged or defective product. In store purchase can also be exchange provided that we receive the item within five (5) days from the time it was purchased. The original receipt must be presented for an exchange. 4. Shipping cost for returned and exchange products that are defective, damaged or wrong product sent, will be for free. For others, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to the refund amount. What is your shipping policy?If you live 30 miles away from our store (our address: BL Braiding and Beauty Supply - 30 W 66th St Richfield, MN 55423), we will ship your online purchase for a fee (depending on the products you order. The shipping fee is provided once you check out an item). But orders totaling above $50, will be shipped for free.

How do I know if my order went through?You should receive an order confirmation email verifying your order was placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.
